WordPress Origin Story

Early in my career I worked with an awesome Designer to revamp an e-commerce website for a large client of ours. Although we were both very strong in our fields, the redesign took over 3 months to complete. The revamp included an upgrade from static html files to a php powered site with a content management system we built from scratch.

I built my next website using WordPress and completed it in 3 hours. That moment changed everything. The process was undeniably faster, the CMS was more powerful, the profit margins were higher, and the sense of community within WordPress was something I fell in love with instantly. Every website we’ve built since then uses the WordPress platform.I love seeing new features that the platform offers and contribute as often as I can to the community.
