    WordPress Origin Story

    I started creating websites on GeoCities in 1998. Blogs took the internet by storm and I moved my sites to Blogger in 1999. The desire to bring create more custom looks made me switch to Drupal and MovableType to create sites with the rise of CMSes in 2001. I was testing every new CMS available in my quest for the perfect software. So when WordPress was released in 2003, I jumped onto it and my sites have been hosted on it since.
