20 years ago my daughter living in Japan was raped by an American serviceman. Since then I have been supporting my daughter in her mission to change the lack of support for victims of sexual violence and abuse for everyone regardless of age, gender, race, colour, financial status etc by re-education of governments and government agencies together with risk management by individuals. Without government assistance or grants she took on two governments (Japan and USA) Her successful court actions created a precedent in that the rapist was found guilty by a Japanese court after the rapist was moved out of Japan and discharged. He was found by my daughter many years later and sued in an American court which endorsed the guilt verdict. She was entitled to claim damages and costs but asked for just one dollar. (Justice is not about money) I created the website and manage it.
