My WordPress story began during my software engineering internship at CAMP, where what started as a technical task unexpectedly sparked a deep passion for crypto payments—specifically the potential of the x402 protocol.

Building TransX402 Paywall quickly grew beyond just fulfilling an internship deliverable. I realized that for exciting payment protocols to take root, they need to be effortless for everyday site owners. My goal became simple: bridge this standard with the WordPress ecosystem by creating a clean, seamless plugin that makes x402 accessible to anyone, anywhere.

Watching the plugin move from my local environment into the official directory was a defining moment. It taught me that open-source engineering isn’t just about writing functional code—it’s about combining technical craft with a genuine mission to lower barriers for others. What started as a company project has become a lasting dedication to building thoughtful, accessible tools for the open web.
