Hey there! I’m IniLerm, the developer behind Advanced IP Blocker. My journey into the world of WordPress began, like many, with a simple need to create. I started building websites for myself and others, delving deep into the ecosystem to understand its vast potential. Early on, I realized the incredible power and flexibility WordPress offered, allowing anyone to bring their ideas to life online.

However, as my work with WordPress grew, so did my awareness of a critical challenge: website security. It became clear that while WordPress makes it easy to build, it also attracts unwanted attention from malicious actors. Sites I managed, and those of my clients, frequently faced issues like brute-force attacks, spam, and attempts to exploit vulnerabilities. I spent countless hours manually blocking IPs, sifting through logs, and trying to stay one step ahead of the threats.

This hands-on experience wasn’t just frustrating; it was an eye-opener. I saw a clear need for a robust, yet straightforward, solution to help everyday WordPress users secure their sites without needing deep technical expertise. That’s when the idea for Advanced IP Blocker was born. My goal was to create a plugin that could effectively combat common web threats by providing an easy way to manage IP blocking, country restrictions, and protect against automated attacks.

Developing Advanced IP Blocker has been a passion project, driven by the desire to contribute to a safer WordPress community. I’m constantly learning, refining, and working to keep the plugin updated with the latest security best practices. My focus is on delivering a reliable tool that gives site owners peace of mind, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best: creating and sharing their content with the world.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope Advanced IP Blocker helps you secure your online space!
