    A designer at Automattic, I speak English and Italian, and as a Portuguese-born speaker, I also enjoy connecting with Spanish-speaking friends. I’m a dedicated student of stoicism and a football fan and practitioner.

    I am a lifelong learner, a football fan, an accordion rookie player, and a reader of philosophy and the classics.

    WordPress Origin Story

    My story with WP goes back to the 2000s when I first discovered and fell in love with the World Wide Web. Back then, I tried to apply the design skills I was learning to digital projects, but it was not easy. I started organizing and writing HTML code in MS Word, but publishing was difficult. Then I met WordPress, and it changed everything. It became my Flux Capacitor, letting me share my ideas, learn, and grow.
