Bio

I’m a WordPress developer contributing to the platform’s AI stack. My recent WordPress work includes AI documentation, service-query behavior, and connector integration. I also shipped ai-provider-for-codex, a WordPress AI Client provider that routes model calls through a local Codex sidecar. Its architecture keeps Codex authentication outside WordPress, isolates account state per user, and uses ChatGPT-managed authentication and billing.

In Flavor Agent, the same trust principle becomes a concrete workflow: changes are reviewed before they are applied, recorded in a server-backed audit log, and reversed only after a drift check confirms the rollback is still safe. That is the thread connecting my work—giving teams controls they can inspect and verify when AI agents act on live sites.

I joined WordPress.org in 2007 and have built on and around the platform since. I’m currently open to Solutions Engineer and Forward Deployed Engineer roles across the AI and WordPress ecosystems.

WordPress Origin Story

I started by running online communities—vBulletin boards and forums—before I built with WordPress. Moderation taught me that a healthy system needs more than features: it needs shared rules, visible decisions, and a way to recover when something goes wrong.

I joined WordPress.org in 2007; by 2012, I was managing the PageLines developer community and supporting WordPress.com users at Automattic. What kept me in the ecosystem was its open-source model—publishing infrastructure shaped by the people who build and use it.

Today, I’m applying that same systems question to WordPress AI: when the actor changing a live site may be an agent, how do we make its actions authorized, attributable, and safely reversible?
