Interests

My primary interest, aside from working with WordPress, is genealogy. There are a couple of web applications that work with WordPress. I use WordPress for storytelling and the genealogy app(s) for managing family trees.

WordPress Origin Story

I have been a WordPress user and believer since version 1.5 — yeah, that’s a LONG time ago! I migrated from Movable Type after discovering how much easier it was to learn the Template language. I have been using WordPress as my go-to CMS for more than 10 years now, and it just keeps getting better.
