I discovered the CMS and its powerful API in 2010 when I had to take over the administration of an existing site built with WordPress.

One of my first tasks was to resolve stability issues and data loss experienced with a premium multilingual plugin. Since my employer would not trust that plugin anymore, I had to figure out a more stable and future proof solution and converted the content rich multilingual website into a completely custom multisite environment. A challenging task that taught me about some of the CMS’s deep layers as well as how to write custom data conversion PHP/SQL scripts and how to synchronize the work of the different translators and editors who handled the 7 different language versions of the site…etc

Since then, the WP journey continues and everyday I discover something new and how awesome is the WordPress community!!!
