    I’m a long-time entrepreneur and software developer building WordPress and WooCommerce tools under the NHBSoft Labs brand. My current focus is creating practical, lightweight plugins that help store owners improve customer support, automation, and day-to-day operations.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I first started using WordPress as an e-commerce platform for my own merchandise project. While building and running a WooCommerce store, I saw how much small improvements in support, automation, and store operations can help day-to-day business. That experience led me from using WordPress as a store owner to building tools for other WooCommerce users.
