    WordPress Origin Story

    I started blogging on WordPress.com as a way of sharing my photography and activities with my dispersed family and friends. The lack of customization available in WordPress.com at that time, and the introduction of adverts in posts made me look for an alternate hosting platform. I now self-host several WordPress-based websites, including our own business sites.
