Live chat and AI chatbot for small business websites. Answer visitors straight from Gmail: reply to the email and the visitor sees it in the chat widget. No cookies, no consent banner, and a lightweight widget that won’t slow your site down. Built by Jacob Orbach (@jacobo1).

    WordPress Origin Story

GhostChat started as a lightweight live chat for small business sites. WordPress is where most of our users run their websites, so a native plugin was the obvious next step.
