I got into WordPress the way a lot of developers do — needing to solve a real problem for a store owner. Building Gehalfe grew out of that: watching WooCommerce shops lose sales to abandoned carts and unanswered product questions, and wanting an AI assistant that could actually help — searching the catalog, tracking orders, and following up on abandoned carts — without the store owner having to lift a finger. This plugin is my way of bringing that to the wider WooCommerce community.
