I am a small-time blogger, Open Source enthusiast, “Web Technology Explorer & Navigator” with a passion for performance, privacy and security. I’m not really a developer, but still the proud “hacker” of WP YouTube LYte, WP DoNotTrack and Autoptimize.

WordPress Origin Story

Started blogging sporadically on Nucleus CMS in 2003, switched to my ISP’s hosted Typepad offering around 2005, moved to futtta.wordpress.com in february 2007, upgraded to self-hosted WordPress 10 months later, started my first plugin (WP YouTube Lyte) in 2010 and adopted Autoptimize in 2013.
