WordPress Origin Story

Fulgid began with a simple idea: make WordPress site management smarter and stress-free.

Like many developers, we started by building custom sites for clients — but we quickly noticed the same problems popping up over and over: outdated plugins, slow dashboards, scattered backups, poor visibility across multiple sites. Managing even a handful of WordPress installs became a time-consuming mess.

So, we turned frustration into innovation.
We started developing our own tools — first for internal use, then for our clients, and eventually for the entire WordPress community.

From automating updates and backups to syncing reports and security checks across hundreds of sites, Fulgid was built from the ground up to turn WordPress chaos into clarity.

Today, we continue to create plugins and platform solutions that empower WordPress developers, agencies, and site owners to manage their environments with confidence and control — all while staying true to the open-source spirit that got us here.
