    Co-Owner & Co-Founder of MarketUp Media, a digital marketing and web development agency (IKE) based in Heraklion, Crete, Greece. We serve 150+ clients including 50+ hotels, specializing in the hospitality and tourism sector.

    WordPress developer with hands-on experience building custom plugins, themes and solutions for hotels, small and medium businesses, Eshops and marketing agencies across Greece and internationally.

    Google and Meta Business Partner.

    Founder of TransferVista, a transfer booking software platform for private transfer operators and hotels. Currently building Hostinous, a hospitality brand and future property management platform.

    WordPress Origin Story

    My journey with WordPress started back when I founded MarketUp Media in Heraklion, Crete. We needed a powerful, flexible platform to build websites for our growing portfolio of hotel and hospitality clients, and WordPress was the obvious choice.

    What began as using WordPress as a tool quickly evolved into something deeper. As our agency grew to serve 150+ clients, including 50+ hotels across Greece, I found myself constantly customizing, extending and pushing WordPress beyond its defaults, writing custom plugins, building specialized solutions for hotel booking integrations, SEO automation and digital marketing workflows.

    The more I built, the more I wanted to give back to the community that had given us so much. That’s what led me to start developing and
    publishing plugins, turning the internal tools we built for our clients into solutions that other developers and agencies could use too.

    Today, WordPress is at the heart of everything we do at MarketUp Media, and I’m proud to be both a long-time user and an active contributor to this incredible community.
