    I’m Chris Ramey, a product designer and the founder of Elevate Design Space. I design and build user-centered digital products, websites, and WordPress tools with a focus on clarity, accessibility, privacy, and meaningful community experiences.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I began using WordPress as a way to turn my design ideas into working digital experiences. What started with building websites gradually grew into learning HTML, CSS, interface customization, community platforms, and plugin development.

    Through Elevate Design Space, I have used WordPress to build e-commerce websites, portfolio experiences, and MeetOnAero, a BuddyPress-powered social community. Developing features for MeetOnAero eventually led me to create Recovery Milestone Counter, my first standalone WordPress plugin. WordPress has given me a place to combine product design, creativity, and practical development to build tools that people can genuinely use.
