    A “not horrible” PHP programmer, decent technical support provider (host, database, language & plugins), awesome product planner/manager and overall oddball guy doing parkour and other fitness activities when my development schedule permits.

    WordPress Origin Story

    My first time on the web was using a text based browser, just as Mosaic was being invented. I wrote my first dynamic (CGI) web pages in Perl to parse the Linux Kernel config tool to help my IT department & I started working with b2-cafelog on my own domain a while before WordPress was forked off from it. Spent a number of years kicking at the fringes of WordPress, then invested full time about 5 years ago by launching our company website & custom plugins for our fitness studio. Now a freelance plugin developer and Paid Memberships Pro support staff member.
