I have been a designer for as long as I can possibly remember. My path to CX design is like a game of hopscotch, I developed skills that led me down a path to improving customer online and offline experiences. Over time, I sought out to improve lives through art, design, and the principles of cognitive science.

In the ensuing years, I have added Javascript, CSS, and WordPress to my skill set. In addition, I have learned to create responsive designs that work on many platforms, desktop or mobile, and I have continued to expand my capabilities to meet the challenges of designing in an ever-evolving technology landscape.

When I’m not designing (Ok, I’m always designing) I love to spend time with my favorite husband seeking out the best Belgian ale, Instagramming my 2 photogenic cats, and exploring our new hometown of Seattle. I also indulge in my love of Steampunk and sci-fi.
