Reed Gustow passed away in 2024.

Reed was the mayor of WordPress in Philadelphia. He started the Philly WordPress Meetup as well as WordCamp Philly, both of which he continued to be involved in for many years. He was also on the original organizing team for WordCampUS when it was in Philadelphia in 2015 and 2016. His steadfast leadership helped pave the way for many contributors over the years and his dedication to the community could be felt in every event that he organized. He built a business around WordPress and dedicated his time to helping others succeed. He was an inspiration to all of us and he will be missed.
