    I’m a technology leader, engineer, and consultant building Selbytech.ai to help organizations make practical, confident technology decisions. My background spans engineering, IT, architecture, infrastructure, and leadership, and I enjoy working at the point where business needs and technical execution meet.

    I’m especially interested in helping companies with technology strategy, modernization, automation, hosting, and operational improvement. I believe good technology leadership should be clear, ethical, and transformational — not just transactional. Whether I’m helping shape a roadmap, solve infrastructure problems, or build a strong foundation for growth, I care about creating systems that are reliable, understandable, and useful.

    I also enjoy writing about technology in a practical way, especially where real-world operations, resilience, and long-term maintainability matter.

    WordPress Origin Story

    My WordPress story started with a simple need: I wanted a strong online home for the business I was building. I needed something professional, flexible, and practical — a platform that could grow with me while still being easy to manage.

    WordPress stood out because it offered exactly that balance. It made it possible to create a polished presence for Selbytech.ai while giving me the freedom to shape the site around my own services, ideas, and technical environment. As someone who appreciates both structure and flexibility, I liked that WordPress could support a straightforward business site today and more ambitious content tomorrow.

    Over time, it became more than just a website platform for me. It became part of how I present my work, share what I know, and build something lasting.
