WordPress Origin Story

Back in 2004 or 2005 I was looking for a CMS to run our business website. I almost hate to admit it, but it was the typography and design rather than technology that first grabbed my attention. WordPress sites looked so much nicer than most websites of the day. I then came to appreciate the technology under the hood and the great flexibility, which has served many of my projects so well over the years.
