Bio

I’m Dennis Barber, and I work at Pace Communications, where I help design, build, and support digital experiences with a strong focus on WordPress development. My work includes collaborating on custom solutions such as plugins, blocks, themes, and tailored functionality that help teams publish more effectively and manage content with greater flexibility.

I’m especially interested in the practical side of WordPress as a modern development platform—building scalable editorial experiences, extending Gutenberg, and creating maintainable code that supports both content teams and long-term site growth. A significant part of my work involves writing and refining code, solving implementation challenges, and developing custom WordPress features that align technical requirements with real publishing needs.

What I value most about the WordPress community is its commitment to open source, shared problem-solving, and continuous improvement. I appreciate being part of an ecosystem where developers, creators, and strategists can learn from one another and contribute to a platform that powers so much of the web.
