    Founder of RoundupWP and creator of Registrations for The Events Calendar.

    I’ve been building and maintaining WordPress plugins for over 10 years with a focus on event registration, usability, performance, and long-term reliability.

    Previously I was General Manager at Smash Balloon where I helped lead products used on millions of WordPress sites and worked across development, support, marketing, API integrations, and release management.

    Today I primarily focus on building practical WordPress tools for organizations running events, registrations, memberships, and communities.

    I care a lot about clean UX, compatibility, thoughtful support, and building plugins that site owners can rely on long term.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I got my start with WordPress in 2015 while helping overhaul my uncle’s garden center website. Along the way I added custom functionality like product listings, job boards, a podcast player, image galleries, SEO improvements, and event management.

    One feature he needed was a simple way to collect registrations for events. That project eventually became Registrations for The Events Calendar, which I later released on WordPress.org.

    Later in 2015, I joined Smash Balloon as a developer and support representative. Over the next 10 years I helped expand the product line, support a growing user base, and eventually served as General Manager while working across development, support, marketing, product management, and API integrations.
