CoreXBiz Solutions Inc. started in a real business, not in a pitch deck.

While running a busy print-and-production shop in Vancouver, we hit the same wall over and over: too many tools, too many tabs, too many spreadsheets, and too much manual coordination. Orders lived in WooCommerce, production lived in people’s heads, customer communication lived in inboxes, and the “truth” lived in whichever spreadsheet was updated last.

So we built what we couldn’t find: a WordPress-native operations layer that turns daily workflow into a system—clear steps, real visibility, and fewer handoffs. We started by building an app-like dashboard inside WordPress (SPA-style UI) to manage work the way teams actually operate. CoreXBiz grew from there into a modular operations platform, with WordPress as the first practical foundation because it’s self-hosted, extensible, and already trusted by businesses.
