    WordPress Origin Story

    It started with our own website: three thousand photos of headstones and stained-glass panels, all named IMG_4837.jpg, none with alt text. Describing them by hand was not realistic, so we wrote a plugin to do it. Then we noticed every other shop had exactly the same problem.
