    Contentpass is a privacy-focused monthly subscription for readers. With one registration, people visit participating websites ad-free and without being tracked, while publishers receive subscription revenue that matches lost advertising revenue at ad market rates. We exist to create a fair balance between user privacy and publisher monetization.

    Interests

    Privacy by design, fair publisher monetization, consent and CMP UX, reader-supported journalism, GDPR-compliant web infrastructure, the open web.

    WordPress Origin Story

    A meaningful share of the publishers we work with run their sites on WordPress, so the platform has been part of our ecosystem from early on. Contributing back to the WordPress community felt like the natural next step.
