WordPress Origin Story
I originally wrote the software myself for my blogs back in the early 2000s, and occasionally dabbled in WordPress to see how it was progressing. Finally realizing the community and development of WP was advancing faster than I could code on my own blogs, I migrated to WP in 2009 and never looked back.
