Bio

For the past five years at Blue Liquid Designs, I’ve focused on growing our WordPress products, Gravity PDF and Image Hopper, through creative marketing campaigns. It’s been a truly rewarding experience to contribute to the brand’s development.

When I trade pixels for plates, I’m happiest in the kitchen, indulging my lifelong fascination with flavor and technique, a passion that stems from my roots as a Professional Chef.

I absolutely love being part of the WordPress community, both here in Manila and beyond. I get so much joy out of organizing events, speaking, and contributing in any way I can to share the power of WordPress. I’m always inspired by the amazing people making a difference. WordCamp Asia 2025 was an incredible experience, and I’m over the moon to have played a significant role in making it a huge success, bringing our community together like never before.

Interests

Beyond WordPress, I have a diverse range of interests. I enjoy immersive video games, staying active at the gym, and escaping into a good book. I’m also passionate about photography, experimenting with new recipes, and connecting with friends. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. And, of course, I appreciate the simple pleasures of a great cup of coffee or a fine glass of whiskey.

WordPress Origin Story

My path to WordPress was definitely unique. I spent nearly ten years as a chef, passionate about food and crafting memorable experiences. When I felt it was time for a change, I took a leap and joined Blue Liquid Designs, diving into the digital world. That’s where my WordPress journey began. I learned quickly, embraced new challenges, and found an incredibly welcoming community.

Today, I’m actively engaged in the WordPress community, contributing, organizing, volunteering, and speaking at various events. I was honored to serve as a Team Lead for WordCamp Asia 2025, contributing to its success. My experience proves that perseverance and community can open doors to new opportunities, even outside your comfort zone. I’m excited to continue contributing to WordPress and inspiring others to find their place within this community.
