    About Me
    Hi, my name is Christina Röhl. I am the founder and director of CHB Holdings, home to a whole‑being wellness brand called CHBFresh.

    CHBFresh – Refresh Your Whole Being
    What began in 2014 as Christina’s Health & Beauty with natural skincare grew into CHBFresh in 2025. Today, Reiki is my main offering, alongside holistic wellness and natural skincare. As a certified, attuned, and lineaged Reiki Master Teacher (Mikao Usui lineage), I offer Reiki Distance Healing and Distance Attunements to people all over the world. Reiki courses are also available on my website for those who would like to learn.

    I hold 17 holistic wellness certifications, spanning positive psychology and neuroscience to naturopathy, nutrition, and even pet wellness. Wellness guidance is available to those who need it. My handcrafted skincare remains part of CHBFresh, created with eco‑friendly, natural ingredients that care for both body and planet. On CHBFresh, I also share my book The Mind Evolution Program for those who would like to discover how to find their positive selves.

    My motto is this: we are not made of Lego, and therefore we must look after our whole beings. Welcome to my world and thank you for being part of it.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I wanted a fresh start. My old website no longer reflected the vision I had for my brand, so I knew it was time for a change. After asking around, I kept hearing the same advice—WordPress is the way to go.

    At that point, I had already purchased my new domain and secured hosting, so I thought, Why not give it a try? What followed was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my online presence.

    At first, WordPress felt overwhelming—so many themes, plugins, and customization options. But the more I explored, the more I realized how powerful it truly is. Instead of being restricted by templates or costly platforms, I had full creative control.

    Building my websites—CHBFresh and FreshMind—on WordPress was a game-changer. CHBFresh, my eco-friendly skincare brand, now has a site that feels as natural and fresh as the products themselves. And FreshMind, my platform for motivation and self-love, has given me the perfect space to connect with people and share my writing in a way that feels authentic and impactful.

    What started as a leap into the unknown has become an experience I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to build something meaningful online. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a writer, or someone with a vision, WordPress gives you the tools to bring it to life—just like it did for me.
