Bio

Desarrollador backend desde finales de los 90, comencé con ASP, pero pronto me convencieron las bondades de PHP, empecé a especializarme en optimización web desde el backend, las consultas SQL, sistemas de caché desde el servidor web, DNS, optimización de código, etc., hasta la optimización de la parte de frontend, ya sea en el javascript, CSS o las imágenes que carga una web, domains sharding, CDN… WordPress es mi framework base para la mayoría de desarrollos, pero si considero que un trabajo necesita más de un desarrollo personalizado con cualquier otro framework (el 99,9% de los casos no lo necesita)…, no dudo en utilizarlo, cada sistema tiene sus ventajas y sus fines a los que está más enfocado, la mejor herramienta en cada momento es la que te ayuda a resolver ese problema concreto.

Interests

Desarrollo web tanto la parte de backend y administración de servidores como la parte de frontend. Aprender cada día un poco más de WordPress y poder dejar mi granito en la comunidad dentro de mis posibilidades.

WordPress Origin Story

Comencé con WordPress desarrollando pequeñas webs en mi trabajo, por entonces como Blog, cuando llegó el momento de gestionar correctamente mi proyecto https://www.fotodng.com decidí pasar todo el desarrollo “a mano” a un sistema WordPress con plugins desarrollados para tal efecto, fue entonces cuando empecé a descubrir la potencia de WordPress como framework para todo tipo de desarrollos, su API, hooks, etc., desde entonces, ya hace unos años, uso WordPress en casi la totalidad de los desarrollos que me solicitan mis clientes como freelance.
