    Bio

    Hi, I’m Vlad 👋
Shopify and WordPress developer in the Philippines. I’ve been building for the web since 2014 and work remotely with international clients and teams.

My work splits two ways. On the build side: custom WordPress themes and plugins, Figma-to-WordPress conversions, and Shopify apps. On the support side: Level 2 escalation, root cause analysis, and bug reports a developer can act on the first time they read them.

    WordPress Origin Story

My WordPress career started in October 2014 at txtMeQuick, an agency that hired me to work on MeteorJS projects and WordPress. I dropped MeteorJS when I couldn’t find clients for it, and WordPress is the one that stuck. I started finding my own clients on Craigslist, then on Upwork and OnlineJobs.ph, and that grew into the freelance practice I still run today. At Cynet Virtual Advantage, WordPress became my full-time work: custom themes, ACF, and PHP customization. Block Ledger, a plugin approved on wordpress.org in November 2026, is my first contribution to the directory.
