    Started my career in QA, gaining around 3 years of experience testing WordPress projects of different sizes and types.
    This gave you a strong understanding of WordPress functionality, quality standards, user experience, and project requirements.
    Transitioned into a WordPress Team Lead role and continued working closely with WordPress development and implementation.
    Over the past 10+ years, expanded responsibilities from hands-on WordPress work to team leadership, project delivery, client communication, planning, estimation, QA, and technical oversight.
    Currently working as a Delivery Head, while still staying closely involved with WordPress projects and the technical teams.
