I was a blogger couple years ago using another blogging platform (you know who). Writing cheesy story about my daily life. At some point, i want to improve my blog look and feel. You know, change some layout, color and stuff. But that blogging platform was very limited. After doing some research, i know what i need is CMS. Not yet, it’s not WordPress but another CMS started with J. Well it was good even i need to hosting my own with limited budget. One day, my friend asked me to customize his website. And it’s using WordPress. I check the admin area is really simple and intuitive. In my opinion at that time, it was better than CMS J based on the admin UI. Well i have no idea about web programming and stuff at that time. My friend told me that he bought some WordPress Theme Development Course but it was too hard to understand since he didn’t have any coding background ( i know some desktop programming back then ) so he offer to watch the course. Turn out it was really great, i really enjoying that course and start to toying around creating WordPress theme. And here i am now. Full time WordPress theme and plugin developer. I love how WordPress community love to share their idea and improve the WordPress it self to be a better platform.
