I’ve spent years supporting and managing WordPress-based products like Tutor LMS, Growfund, and Kirki, which has given me deep hands-on experience with real-world issues users face.

In a technical support role, my strength is diagnosing and resolving complex problems—plugin conflicts, hosting issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration errors. I translate customer problems into practical solutions, improve support workflows, and consistently aim to reduce response time while increasing customer satisfaction. I’ve also led and trained support team members to maintain high support quality at scale.

Alongside direct support, I collaborate closely with product and development teams. I document recurring issues, analyze user feedback, and help turn support insights into product improvements. My background in WordPress, eCommerce platforms, and tools like Jira allows me to communicate clearly with developers and ensure issues are tracked and resolved properly.
