Bio

I’m Fahim Reza.

I always liked taking things apart to see how they worked. First it was small things. Later, it became websites, apps, and code.

I never learned programming in school. I learned by opening files, changing code, breaking things, and fixing them. That’s how I learned everything I know.

Today I run dotyard.co aka plugpress.co, where I build simple software for WordPress and the web. I like making simple products that solve real problems.

I still build the same way I started—by trying things, making mistakes, and learning along the way.

WordPress Origin Story

I’ve been building WordPress products since 2011.

But that’s not how it started.

I wasn’t trying to become a programmer. I just wanted to change how my website looked.

I installed WordPress on cheap cPanel hosting and opened a theme file. I changed a few things, broke a few things, and slowly started understanding what the code did.

That’s how I learned PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

WordPress didn’t teach me to code. It tricked me into learning it.

I never looked back.

In 2018, I started building my own products. First came Divi People, then Divi Torque, and now I’m building more small tools like Inbees, Outbees, Mailyard, Formyard, and Flypops.

Funny how it all started with one simple goal: make a website look a little different.

Today, my code runs on hundreds of thousands of WordPress websites.
