WordPress Origin Story

We were building an AI shopping assistant for e-commerce and kept meeting the same answer to “what does your store run on?” — WooCommerce. So we came to WordPress the practical way: to make our assistant a one-click install for the stores that actually use it. Backpilot for WooCommerce is our first plugin.
