お問い合わせありがとうございます。 先ほど4.22.5にアップデートし対応が完了いたしました。 原因としましてはWordPress6.8以降のバージョンで発生する問題でした。 WordPress6.8以降のバージョンでは、 Word Balloonのどのバージョンを利用されても発生する状態でした。 開発者ツールのエラーに関しましては、こちらの環境では発生する事がありませんので、 貴殿の環境によるものだと思われます。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

ご確認ありがとうございます。 ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございませんでした。 アイコンの選択に関してですが、 こちらの環境ではWordPress 6.8.1で特に問題無く動作している事を確認いたしました。 エラーの再現がこちらでも出来ましたら 対応いたします。 また何かございましたらよろしくお願いいたします。

情報のご提供ありがとうございます。 確認いたしました。 「吹き出しが画面に表示される際にアニメーションさせる」で使用するJavaScriptファイルの読み込みが出来ていないです。 スタイルシートの読み込みは出来ている様なので、 Word Balloonの設定自体はお間違いないようです。 確認した時点では色々と他のプラグインも動作している様でしたので、 何かしら他のプラグインの影響もしくはテーマの高速化などの機能がありましたら、 それらが疑わしいです。 アバターが上下に動いているカ所に関しましては スタイルシートのみで動作していますので、 Jsの影響は無いです。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

ご確認ありがとうございます。 動作しないとされる記事のURLを公開頂く事は可能でしょうか？ 考えられる他の原因としましては、 ブラウザの仕様変更に伴い、 暗号化通信と非暗号化通信が混じった環境の場合 読み込みが出来ないケースがあります。 サーバー設定でSSL化に変更しても WordPressの設定ではhttp://~から始まるURLのまま などの環境では起こりえます。

ご確認ありがとうございます。 恐らくJavaScriptが動作していないと推測されます。 次の事をお試し、ご確認ください。 ・Word Balloonの再インストール。 ・プラグインは全部停止との事ですので、お使いのサーバーにキャッシュ機能があれば停止。 ・ブラウザ設定でJavaScriptが無効になっていないかのご確認。

お問い合わせありがとうございます。 Word Balloonが原因なのか それ以外の何かが原因なのかを判断するために次の事をお試しください。 ・WordPressは最新バージョンにアップデート ・テーマはTwenty Twenty-Fiveを使用 ・プラグインはWord Balloon以外を全て停止 上記3点を行った上で動作確認をしてみてください。 よろしくお願いいたします。

お問い合わせありがとうございます。 ブロックエディタとクラシックエディタとの違いは セリフ部分をPタグで囲むか否かです。 こちらのテスト環境下におきましては特に問題無く ブロックエディタ、クラシックエディタともに動作します。 恐らくPタグに対して何かしらのスタイルシートが効いている事が想定されます。 吹き出し内のPタグに影響が無い様なスタイルシートの記述にすれば 解決できるのではと考えられます。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
