Vladimir Atapin (@atapin) – WordPress user profile

Bio

I’m a system administrator and software developer based in Germany, with around 20 years of experience in IT. I build WordPress plugins, educational tools, and multilingual applications that make useful content accessible to more people.

My projects bring together technology, education, and Orthodox Christian heritage — from church calendars and Bible study tools to interactive lessons. I value practical solutions, thoughtful design, and sharing my work with the community.

WordPress Origin Story

As a system administrator and developer, I use WordPress to bring practical ideas to life. My work includes websites for church communities, educational resources, and plugins that make Orthodox calendars and spiritual content accessible in different languages.

For me, WordPress is a place where technology can serve people. Having my Georg-Kloster Calendar Workshop plugin approved for the directory is a meaningful step toward sharing that work with the wider community.
