    Asklivio creates Livio, a configurable website chat assistant for medical practices. Livio helps patients find practical information such as opening hours and directions, and guides them to the practice’s existing contact and online appointment-booking options. The focus is organisational patient communication, with practice information and guided conversations managed in the Livio Portal.

    We maintain the WordPress plugin “Asklivio – Livio Chat Assistant”. It embeds the hosted Livio chat widget in an existing WordPress website using a public Chat Assistant ID. Practice teams can adapt conversation texts, appearance and publishing in the portal without rebuilding their website.

    WordPress Origin Story

    We joined the WordPress community to make Livio easy to add to existing medical practice websites. Our first contribution is a small, GPL-licensed plugin with a settings page for the public Chat Assistant ID. It keeps the WordPress integration simple while conversation content and appearance are managed in the Livio Portal.
