I’m a Lead Developer by trade and have been developing WordPress plugins, themes, and extended applications for the past several years. Before falling into this rabbit hole, I started my career as a graphic designer with an eye for user experience and web design. However, I’m a Jack of many trades and enjoy woodworking, engineering, and business on the side.

WordPress Origin Story

Now, this is a story all about how my life got flipped-turned upside down and I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there. I’ll tell you how I became a developer for a place called WordPress.

Honestly, it’s not quite interesting enough to write an entire parody to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’s into. I’m a graphic designer with an aptitude for logic, turned Senior Front End Developer for a dope company called Wikimotive. So, naturally with my background, I make user friendly applications and use programming to create beautiful frontend displays. #DevLife
