Bio

An inveterate volunteer, Angela has a longstanding passion for building strong, inclusive communities. She was formerly the Head of Programs and Contributor Experience at Automattic where she worked with WordPress communities around the world. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Angela is currently trying out Madrid, Spain, where she delights in learning Spanish, exploring by eating, and reading a good book.

WordPress Origin Story

I administered a certificate program at the University of Washington, and wanted to build a student-facing website. WordPress was clearly the best solution.
