Profiles

My brother had just passed away and I needed a focus, so I set out to build a travel and photography blog site. I am an IT professional, so I decided to build everything myself and host the system from home. This included purchasing a surplus computer and configuring the hardware, operating system and software all the way down to WordPress. Next, I built the technical infrastructure to expose the system to the Internet. I do enjoy tweaking and enhancing the configuration, but most of all I enjoy writing blog posts and sharing our travel adventures.
