    Alessandro La Ciura has been developing web chat systems and online communities since 1997 and has been working in the development of publishing systems for newspaper companies like “L’Eco di Bergamo” (belonging to Sesaab Spa), Unione Sarda, La provincia di Como and companies of Condé Nast Spa Group. He was responsible for the development of the first Italian live chats in over 50,000 websites, including that of Lycos, GQ online and Glamour.it

    He is now CEO of Sostanza srl and he is a consultant to search for the most efficient and innovative web solutions for businesses.

    LiveHelp is widely used by small medium and big Enterprises. Some big names are Alpitour, Alitalia, Rajapack, Betpoint, EuropAssistance and so on…
