    Bio

    I’m Abby (Armstrong-Lehman) Buzon, the proud owner of The Helpful Marketer.
    I help small business owners improve their online presence and local visibility with marketing and web design services aimed at drawing new business and increasing customer retention.
    Based in Medina County, Ohio, I love working with local businesses but also work with small businesses across the U.S.
    I believe that honesty, communication, transparency and hard work are vital in all relationships, business or personal.
    I worked in marketing and website administration for 7 years before starting my own company in 2017. Since the beginning, I’ve been blessed with a huge network of local business owners who are my sounding board, my support group, and my inspiration. “It takes a village” is just as true for starting your own business as it is raising a child.

    Interests

    Connoisseur of coffee, wine, beer, food. Love learning, anything, whether it’s technical, social, political, historical, natural; I want to know. I love dogs – I don’t have one – I miss her dearly. I have a 4 year old boy though, who brings greater laughter, snuggles, and love that any dog possibly could, however my mastiff was a great substitute until I became a human mom.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I was the website administrator for a company who made the shift from an old HTML website to a beautiful WordPress website, thanks to Go Media in Cleveland, Ohio. Now I design my own websites for other small businesses in Northeast Ohio.
