I work closely with different departments to gather business requirements, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth operation of ERP . I also perform software testing, debugging, and quality assurance, maintain websites and server-related services, and ensure applications are secure, reliable, and perform efficiently while meeting organizational and client requirements.
