    Hi, I’m Upendra 👋

    My WordPress journey started in December 2010 as a Technical Support Executive at Templatic.com. Since then, I’ve grown into a role where I bridge users, support, and development.

    I currently work as an Operations Lead at Tyche Softwares, leading teams that build and maintain 13 WordPress plugins. I work closely with developers on bug fixes and new features driven by customer feedback and competitor research, and I also manage and support the support team in resolving technical and customer challenges.

    I’m passionate about improving plugin quality, user experience, and contributing to the WordPress community.
