My journey with WordPress started when I went to a meetup in my city. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the people there were so friendly and welcoming. It didn’t matter if you knew anything about WordPress or not. They made me feel comfortable and encouraged to learn.

That night, I got excited about WordPress and decided to try building my first website. Even though I knew nothing about programming, I found it surprisingly easy to create something that actually worked. It was a great feeling, and it showed me that anyone can build a website with the right tools.

Inspired by this, I decided to attend my first WordCamp in Managua in 2019. I gave a session about my experience building my first website. It was amazing to share what I had learned and to connect with others who were also interested in WordPress.

Since then, I’ve loved being part of the WordPress community. I’ve always tried to help out, whether it’s volunteering at events or sharing my experiences. Whenever I’ve had the chance, I’ve happily spoken at events, and it’s been a great way to give back to the community that helped me so much.
