Middle-aged cancer survivor trying to reclaim what I had. Married for 3/5ths of my life! Used to code when young but have lost most of it. I usually state to curious people than about half my brain capacity was left behind at a Norwegian teaching hospital’s dumster. But, I did survive.

WordPress Origin Story

Started blogging late 2017 as I was coming back to life from a deadly cancer. Soon found out that old time coding, as I did between 1995 and 2006, as rather time consuming and set up a site with WordPress instead. I do hate Gutenberg, however. I already had my own system of modules with advanced functions when needed. Blocks destroyed all that.
