Bio/Description

I have been web development since around 2006. I got to the point I needed to further my education and took a 14 month, part-time web course out of Camosun College in Victoria. I started my web business the year after graduating and have been self-learning ever since. I have used other CMS’ in the past, but nothing compares to WordPress! It’s a brilliant system with so many resources and a great, passionate community. I love the open source concept as I can take advantage from people who are way smarter than me. Win win.

WordPress Origin Story

I came across WordPress after using Elgg and Drupal and instantly fell in love the with interface and the application. I love how you can edit files without having to always work locally and FTP. Once I went WP, I’ve never looked back.
